Aftercare Advice:

· Use cuticle oil at least once a day to replace lost moisture to the skin and nails

· Moisturise your hands with lanolin-free hand cream every time you wash your hands

· Do not use your nails as a tool

· Always use gloves when washing up, cleaning, using harsh chemical products or gardening

· Be careful with some suntan oils and insect repellents as some contain DEET which will cause damage and discolouration to gel polish

· Wash and dry your hands thoroughly after swimming
